DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! From the worst communication possible to adding unnecessary repairs to the quote this place SUCKS! Took my car elsewhere for a second opinion (aka would rather pay more than deal with this place due to awful customer service) and I ended up only needed one wheel barring repair rather than two as Murdock advised. My $1800+ quote from Murdock ended up only being $481 else where and only needed one wheel barring not two. This was my girlfriends vehicle so I’m sure they tried to take advantage of her not knowing better as far as what questions to ask and over quoting her for unnecessary repairs for more $$$ in there pockets. Let me also mention they kept her car over a 3 day weekend without letting us know know they would be closing early and wouldn’t even get to look at the car. When brought up Richard’s attitude showed absolutely 0 care for the situation as we’re just another number.

Shop accurately diagnosed a rear end issue (turned out to be a failing pinion bearing) but wanted to charge 3500-4000 to replace an entire rear axle assembly instead of changing out the bearings. It was one of two disappointing experiences with area mechanics trying to repair the vehicle. It seems difficult to find a shop willing to put the time into completing a proper driveline diagnostic to pinpoint issues.

Trust me when I say you wouldn't want to take.your vehicle anywhere else! We had a bad situation with a snapped spark plug that was still in the engine. We were anticipating a complete overhaul to remove the head and potentially have to rethread but we got amazing news that they were able to remove the broken plug with removing the head. We didn't have a go to mechanic shop before this but we most definitely do now. Schedule service and invoice process was so easy, not to mention beyond great service! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable repair shop.

exceptional service. I didn't think "same day" would be possible on what is considered a labor intensive job. These guys are incredible. Pricing was more than reasonable. They've gained a repeat customer, but in hopes, not too often. Thank you Richard
